I don't mean this type of spam lar ... I'm saying those legitimate Emails & Newsletters, giving the person an option to Unsubscribe type ...

TS trying to send Biz-Biz emails, not spamming consumers so i think should be ok.

 

Go and ask any of those companies that help people set up companies or provide basic secretarial services.

 

They have a source of buying information or compiled on their own and send yearly invitation(renewal) to ACRA registered companies to use their services. Can check if they want to sell.

IIRC, PDPC doesn't cover emails. And if @chowyunfatt looking to do it as B2B, there shouldn't be any issues, as PDPC covers B2C spam mostly..
