How to sue when the authorities can't even stop them?

 

yeah lo, that was what make me think if there is more effective way, perhaps to get the directors of this company into trouble by quoting a particular statute of criminal law.

I think corporate cannot put under do not call list.

tell them every communication will be documented to take legal action against them.

 

tell them they will have to sue you to get their fee.

 

you did not sign or agree to get into their data base so how to sue you?

 

I did exactly. but the pest keep coming back with irritating threats like " I will continue to call you if you don't pay the invoice"

this company is getting irritating. tasked call center to chase for the unpaid invoice. I told him I know their company's ruse and stop bothering my company. he say if I am unsure I should call their customer service. I told him why should I call when I did not even sign up for their service. then he tried to tell me the terms and conditions which I retorted that I wouldn't be held for any terms and conditions I did not sign. at the next suggestion of asking me to call their customer service, I say why not he get his customer service to call to explain why I need to pay. then he say he will continue to call us to chase for payments if we don't pay. then I said "fine, then don't waste my time now talking to you" and hung up.

 

Poh MATA for harassment...............use the harassment law to hit them hard!

to be frank it happened to me and i shoot them thru email even before they ask for payment.
