Plantronics Backbeat Go 2, Charge vs Non Charge

For the Plantronics Backbeat Go 2, what does the "charge" and "non charge" mean"? Does the non charge edition means it is non wireless??

I think the charge version has a pouch with a mini USB port and a connector inside for u to charge the earphone without taking it out of the pouch.

i tink non charge is without the charging pouch, and charge come with the charging pouch.

 

the pouch act like a portable power bank to charge the wireless earphone on the go, and a proper place to keep the earphone as well.
