My 7 years old LS460 had same as what you stated. After I change EM the car just like brand new.

Why the vibration gone after warm up, because the heat of the engine turn the rubber softer a bit therefore it can absorb more vibration.

Rubber harderness is one of the reason why need to change the EM.

Hey guys, my Axio also have this Engine vibration going on for 1-2 secs when car is in STOP position. When moving no such problem. TB has been cleaned.

So could be EM problem?

What is the mileage, usually EM need to change +/- 100,000 km.

I dun think it is EM problem with your Axio. EM gone, the vibration is always there, it will not go away after 1-2 seconds. But it will gone if transmission is in N position, cause the RPM is higher so you will not notice the vibration.

put your gear to neutral, off the aircon also. does your car vibrate, if yes likely to be engine mount. you can also check the engine mount visually, on the left of your axio holding on to your engine. check that there's still a gap between the mount and engine bracket

a stockist is one that sells spare parts for one or more brands. in your case, you may purchase engine mounting from a Kia stockist like Min Ghee Auto or Fong Tat Motor.

Thanks bros. Have purchased from Chin Hon motor and Trading. Was like cheapest between 60-100 among. Now need to source labour.

Minimize repair, as upcoming Sept coe die liao...

Morning start can feel the extreme vibration. most likely is engine mounting.

After change, garranty feel the different like new car.

Another advise is if wanna change engine mounting, one shot change all. Some car need 3 pieces and some 4piece. One shot change all can save your labour fees and purchase parts at a better price.

I also planning to buy jack stand and jack ups to replace myself. haahhaa it quite a easy job once you have the service manual

Leave to motor workshop expert, can't imagine the whole engine dropped, how to call tow truck and how to take out the engine? [:(]:D

the mount wont drop . 3 mount usually changed one by one not all together. so still got another 2 to hold it up.
