So glad to know that, Shonshu!

Can I know if you are using istop? Does istop help in fuel saving?

Thanks much!

Good morning Denise,

Yes, I am using i stop. It takes some time to get use to it, especially the reignition.  It never fails to shock me initially.  Haha.

I don't have any saving numbers with regards to istop in fuel saving. I just let it be. But mentally, I think it does save some fuel.

Have a great day!

Hi Cwinedine,

I have tried many brands of wipers too and most of them were not up to expectations.  It is the same as what you described.

Finally,  I got this brand and they serve well. Do take a look and ask the seller if you have any questions.  I bought this set and was advised by the seller to put in message " wipers for Mazda 5".

I am really happy with this current wipers. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. Went to Tong Lee Wee. My car is almost 2 years old so no warranty. Qouted me $100 for new sd with new software. Agreed to it but can't work with new sd card. Then told me is the module hard disk spoilt. Quoted me $200. I rejected it and ask them put back the original card. Went home take out the module and saw a reset button on the module. Press the reset button, start my engine and GPS is working since then. I think I will never go back to this shop ever again. Looks like chop carrot. Think I stupid.

Hi Law Wish?

May I asked where is the reset button located near to? I’m trying to reset it by using hand to touch/feel.

Turbocharged

This is the only "reset" button I can find.

Disclaimer : To be honest, it didn't always work for me.

Hi Didu,

Where is this icon located? on the module itself and the module is located above the glovebox?

The braking system is separate from the rims. Before you purchase your new rims, just check that your 16" rims does not contact with the brake callipers, it should be ok.

Is your AP Racing a big brake kit or just calipers only? Any picture to share?

@DinoBoy In order to find out if the  16" rims can fit, whats the size of the rotors, that's the most crucial followed by the rims offset to determine if it will hit the spokes of the rims

for example based on the rotor size/rims
286mm / 15"
305mm / 16"
320-330mm / 17"
350mm / 18"

If it's 330mm rotors, then 16" won't fit, 17" will strike a balance between comfort & fuel efficiency. I'm on 205/50/17 tyres hence FC is not compromised, similar to my previous 205/55/16 setup.

This is a big brake kit or BBK in short. You cannot downsize the rim as the clearance is obviously for 18" and above only judging from the width of the disc. I suggest you keep the setup as it is as BBKs aren't cheap. Enjoy the great braking performance and the great looks too.

Hehe.. Thanks for the advise.. I wanna keep the BBKs but wanna downsize the rims.. So I hv to use this size only.. not even 17"? My fuel on average is 10.8 - 11.5L.. 🤦

@DinoBoy Go check what is the size of the rotors...visually it looks like 350-355mm rotors, if that's the case, 17" rims won't fit...if it's 330mm rotors then u can downsize to 17"

How to check it? It states at the rotors? Thank you..

When I was driving Mazda 5 previously with stock rims and stock tyres, I never got good mileage before also. Haha...

Anyway it's better to find a reputable tyre shop to ask for advise. To measure the disc rotor size, you can just use a measuring tape to measure its diameter. Other than that, rim offset is also important. The correct rim offset will ensure the correct clearance between the BBK and rim, and also flushing nicely with the car's body.
