Seems to me this is an open and shut case. You have all the evidence you need, video proof of the accident and identity of the culprit.

Leave it in the hands of your insurers, you shouldn't have to pay a cent.

Btw, your HD camera is of very high quality. A worthwhile investment indeed.

What brand and make is your camera?

Not yet as of today from the insurer from that fella.

For those whom had asked.

I am using

1) Mobius Action Camera full HD, 1080p with 30 fps or 720p with 60fps (narrower angle)

2) Itronics ITV-80 (Uninterrupted-Power Cable UPC) to power up my car camera even after engine is off, to cut off the power 8hr/12hrs/24hrs/48hrs.

Hope it helps~ :)

Hope this matter resolves quickly and the driver at fault can learn from his mistake as well.

Apparently, it is not so simple.

Till date:

- 3rd party insurer does not seem to be keen in sending surveyor to come to survey my car

- Tried contacting the 3rd party insurer on my own but no news, nothing, no reply to email, total silence.

- Met up with Traffic police to deliver more evidences.

- The fella does not seem to response letter to report the accident. - total silence.

send the driver a lawyer letter of demand for damages to property like car. by presenting the evidence. It is not expensive to engage as there are many lawyer dealing in accident claim.

As you have the license plate, not difficult to trace the owner.
