Considering between Odyssey and Biante myself, Ody is more comfortable and feels nicer, but Biante is $30,000 cheaper!! Feel like going Biante but I've never seen one on the road or known anybody that drives Mazda before... Mazda reliable? AD ok or not?

A few things I don't like about Biante:

1) white / light leather interior... Will turn grey or brown in no time

2) 2nd row seats are bench type. Not comfy if you ask me

3) Last row sears cannot be partially folded & also not fully foldable

Otherwise the space & design + the lower engine cap is a plus...

Erm, I remember the Biante 2nd row seats were split seats.

I would say it's neither split or bench. Bottom line not very comfy....

Personally if you compare against the 7-seater version of Estima or Ody, sure lose as they are not captain seats. But would 100% not lose out to the 8-seater versions. But Biante has flexibility of 7-seater and 8-seater arrangement. So is really upto individual preferrence.

I've just thrown my hat into the ring. Trying my luck for a Grand Scenic 1.5 diesel. Third row are really for "emergency use" only. Full-sized 7 seats not a priority for me but fuel savings is.

Yo, secure your coe alreodi?

I still think no other mid-sized MPVs can come close to wish maybe stream can. but can't think of others.

Imo, wish is a good size vehicle if you dun need to ferry 7 pax regularly. It drive like a sedan with higher sitting position. I find it responsive enough... if u like better performance, try caltex fuel enhancer... pick up is much smoother n quieter after my first dose. The 3rd row is still good for someone 1.65m ht as the 2nd row can be shifted fwd slightly to add more leg space to 3rd row.

For me, the Wish sold by BM seems quite basic for its price... features/gadgets-wise, and interior design too...

In general, I agree that conti cars have better finishes and more features than Japan cars.

However, people who buy Wish pay for the peace of mind, aka reliability not the features or finishes.

Hope your AD got you the coe soon.

Haha, actually it's OK if they don't get the car for me, I'm open to other options. But thanks anyway.

Errrrr... You miss my point. I was referring to what I get for what I pay. Those features (e.g. built-in GPS, cruise control etc.) are not that critical to me really.

Read in the newspaper that KM will be bring in Mobilio next year to compete with Biante and Avanza?

mobilio is quite small, i think similar size to airwave. smaller than stream. cannot compare to Biante which is a full size MPV. wonder what happen to stream. would be a good alternative to wish.

i see. most importantly is what will be the pricing like.

guess should be more than the jazz and city.

like there's no news of a new version of stream or whatsoever

Probably compete with avanza instead. Biante is in another segment Liao

One thing that's a plus is safety. The BM wish has 7 airbags if i'm not wrong.

add to the reliability and space, i think it's unmatched for its class… except maybe the price tag...

latest toyota Esquire mpv released:

wah… looks like toyota is toying with not only twins but triplets nowadays (after the previa/estima and alphard/vellfire twins).

Isn't this exactly the same as noah and voxy, with maybe different head and tail lights + grill?
