But just in case she's not, I would think an employer would consider that an employee who's out of commission for a minimum of 3 days every 30 (=10% of the time!) over and above annual leave and all the other leave entitlements, is not an employee worth having. Much worse than guys who just have max 2 weeks reservist/year = 2/52 (<4%).
