Which Solar film for front is LTA legal and 99% IR rejection

I called many companies from the motor directory and none of them has LTA legal front windscreen solar film that has 99% IR rejection.

if it is true that there is no 99% IR rejection film with at least 70% VLT, then which legal film has the best IR rejection?

Yes Titan is very good but the LTA friendly front part cant get high IR rejection

 

For the rear might be up to 90% rejection
