I went down to volvo..after some considerations, no deal can be struck for the S60, so I told the SE, I cancel e deal la, since no V40 D2 can be delivered but the SE simply refused to do so. He verbally agreed that this deal should be cancelled as there is no car available even though COE is guaranteed few weeks back. So now, will he play punk to bid COE to tie me down? What rights do I have now? This seriously makes me v sick of Wearnes... Write them an email or registered letter. Put it all in writing. Ahhuat 1st Gear August 12, 2014 Share August 12, 2014 Just spoke to them yesterday afternoon and drawn up a list of demands. I told them if they cannot give me what I want then they will have to let me cancel the deal no matter what including a full refund of my deposit. Today they reverted and said they will just let me cancel the deal but refund will take 3 weeks. Anyway, I accepted their cancellation and straight away went to book a second hand unit elsewhere.
