Hi Pocy

I have a lower NCD, but managed to get ~$1.2k per year on comprehensive (matching other bigger name companies). Just needed to negotiate and find the right person on the other side of the phone. If keen, PM me your contact # and I will request the person to approach you directly.

Thanks

RK2010,

For me, more on passenger seat and some parts of rear. This is after 2 weeks of usage (4 weeks of ownership, 2 weeks of travel).

Insurance is 900++ with aviva 30% ncd plus 15% discount.

Is it norm for leather seat to creased after a few months? Sorry never gotten a car with leather seat b4

I think can get 3m mat with XTrail wording. There's a shop at Eunos Technolink that can do that.

Oh dear. As long it's Japanese factory fitted leather, they got to gurrantee us for 5 years right?

I don't think got 5 years warranty for leather seat. Anyone got idea on this?

Think you make noise during the next servicing. See what they say.

What Color is your leather? Maybe black is more obvious?

Anyone took the cream Colour ? Hard to maintain?

Most people seem to have gotten the black interior?

Anyone took the cream interior? How is it? Easy to maintain?

Mine is beige. Coming to four months. So far still looking good.

Black is definitely easier to maintain. But it makes the cabin feels smaller.

It definitely takes some effort to keep the beige leather and trims in good condition.

I wanted to take black but wife preferred beige and I went along with her choice. Having said that, so far no regrets.

BY CARSIFU ON JANUARY 7, 2016NEWS

KUALA LUMPUR: If you have been waiting to buy a lowered and sportier-looking X-Trail, wait no more.

With the IMPUL Sports Springs, the vehicle ride height is lowered by 30mm to provide a more agile and responsive driving experience. Additional door visor and LED stainless steel kick plate complete the package.

“The X-Trail has a strong following in Malaysia, and we believe that adding the IMPUL touch not only heightens its appearance and driving dynamics, but will also appeal to those wanting a sporty edge to their vehicle,” said ETCM marketing and product planning director Tan Keng Meng.

Other Nissan models that have been given the IMPUL treatment locally are the X-Gear, Grand Livina and Sylphy.

Existing owners of the current X-Trail can opt for the RM15,900 IMPUL upgrade. The items in the package can be bought separately and are priced from RM424 for the door visors to RM5,830 for a set of the alloy wheels.

For the IMPUL upgrade, call 03-4047 8786 or email [email protected]. More information is available atwww.impul.com.my.

I believe the version that Tan Chong brings in doesn't include Safety Shield features such as Forward Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Detection. Does anyone know whether any of the PIs bring in such features?
