It is 2.28%, I think that's the standard for other banks. Didn't hear them naming OCBC as one of their banks.

make sure no hidden charges n dun let PI gamble too much on ur coe, you can stand to lose 10k and above while in the beginning trying to look for few k lower price, if you duno wat you r signing. seen so many frendly fellows kena e trap..but so far with high coe, lucky some who may potentially rat out their seller got their coe recently. the calm n quiet guys lugi.

it may well be low interest rate becos nego with banker to take less commission but transfer the margin elsewhere, price has slowly crept up 3k since 1.5mths ago.

now stuck with S model, hard to sell, becos most buyers r X model buyers, so definitely need gimmick to move units i think..i think only.

to my knowledge watever no. of bids they put is bulls**t. alredy have customers 4bids gtd but alredy 6th or 7th bid but dun wanna bid for COE.

reasons like as long as deliver car by estimated date can alredy is utter rubbish ( pls excuse my language)

even if can deliver, wat if you lose 10k paper value, did you know that when you entered e deal? most buyers din noe actually.

 

just trying to reiterate to new buyers to be wary of exactly what they sign.

 

remember!! verbal promises by dealer means nothing! it has been proven! written is only 50% safe.

 

and make sure all abbreviations are explained in detail in lengthy sentences and actionables by dealer.

Its always good to check with them. They always change different models of HU for different promotions. When they advertised 109k no top ups, i went to check out. Got to add no loan fee, got to add on $XXX for pioneer 8750bt HU, gotta add $XXX for GPS n bluetooth module bla bla bla. End up added almost 10k with of top ups for the so called no top up. So the "no top up" is subjected to terms and conditions. Gotta read properly. End up bought from different PI.

 

When u bargain for anything with them, make sure it is written explicitly on the SA. Eg, Pioneer HU must state model and wad modules of add on they have. Leather if it is PU or genuine leather, or half genuine on the front and half PU on the back etc.

To all potential Vezelians bros out there, would like to share my 2 cents.

 

My advise: Believe what is written only (Black & White).

Don't care what the sales fellow tell you.....believe what they write on the sales agreement.

 

Be specific....list down what you want in the agreement.

1) Delivery date. If not.....then how?

2) All accessories promised (Yes. List all down. models number if possible)

3) "Guaranteed COE without top up" exact words

4) Rebate at what $ level.

5) Number of bids..... (not so important if you already corner the PI with delivery date & guaranteed COE w/o top up)

 

I considered myself lucky. Had a no-frills experience with my PI.

PI delivered my ride as promised.....even bid higher COE for me (paper gain)

Everybody starts somewhere and yes I'm very new here. If only you had read my other comments.

 

I'm supposed to get mine Vezel in Jun 15, by a different PI (NOT JDM). Apparently my PI is highly recommended here. As mentioned in my other posts, I will know my fate on 17 Jun (2nd COE bidding). So it's not fair yet to say anything about my PI nor others.

 

By the way, that post was to show Pioneer HU. Seems like quite good.
