Time for some poison .... pictures send by my SE. I am told the set cost about 750 to 800 (front, rear & side) the accessories are now out of stock. New batch will arrive about 2 weeks later.

He also gave me a wonderful X'mas present. Seeing that I am so interested with installing of accessories, he ordered the original window visor and when stock arrives, will install for me for FOC. And this is one month after I get my car from him! He is also replacing my soft to hard tonneau one once stock arrives as well. This is what I call after sales service. No regrets buying vezel from him.

Just wondering is this bodykit original? I saw similar kits being sold on taobao for fraction of the cost. Can try searching on taobao. Edited by Knoogy

Thank you for the tips :) will try it. According to my SE it could be due to the height of the car. Actually after driving it for close to a week now, i am getting used to it.

Drove up to KL on Monday and i managed to clock avg 19.5km/l. Used half a tank of petrol. attachicon.gifWP_20141223_13_46_27_Pro.jpg

The cruise control function was great as i don't have to step on the accelerator and i can rest my feet :) To stop it just step on the brake and if need to overtake, just step on the accelerator and it allows you to overtake and after that back to the speed that you have set.

Another thing that i realized is the idling stop does not kick in all the time when i stop at traffic light. Not sure why.

For the first time, i also saw the low blue water temperature indicator when i start the car after parking at a shopping mall. It disappeared a few seconds after i move the car. Any idea why and any cause of concern? Since it is blue light, i think it should be ok. My SE told me if you see red/ orange light on the dashboard be concern but green or blue it is ok :)

Power bro ... within 1 week, you zoom to KL already. What is your max speed? How was the ride?

The to fully activate the idling stop, you need to press the brake peddle all the way. I sometime press half way (but ensure the car is fully stopped) when short stop as I did not want to activate the idling.

Your SE told you right about the temperaure light. Blue light is okay. Red/orange need to stop and check.

Hi bro, I believe these bodykits are from Taiwan. If any group buy from taobao, pls count me in.

When you see the blue light, wait for the engine to warm up before you drive off, usually it will take 5 to 20 seconds.

Hi Desmond, I don't normally wait for blue light to go off, but wait for maybe 5-10 seconds before driving off. But there is one thing i normally do, is that to switch on the batteries first for 2-3 seconds before starting the engine. Not sure if this is good or bad, but has been doing this for years now.

Any bro can advise?

Hi, may I know where can you download the manual? This seems to be a better one. Would appreciate it if you could share with us.

Thanks.

Hi logic69,

I do not have Vezel English manual.

Since Vezel is FIT based, I refer to them as there more than 90% common fittings/features

I usually refer back to the Vezel Jap>English translated version for cross reference.

unfortunately Its literal translation is very hard to comprehend.

Hi bro, I'm like u. Usually half to 1 sec. Seemed like crank easier, say 3 rhythm instead of 4, may b due to certain electric pulse / momentum. I can hear like system boot up sound, very low frequency.
