Lucky or not is really depend on whether the agent is really reduced the selling price based on the actual CEVS rebate. What I meant is if two Vezel has same selling price, the one with lower CEVS rebate is actually better deal as rebate is deduct away from the parf value so lower rebate = more parf.

True, hopefully the CEVS rebate is passed on to the buyer n should not be as a better profit margin for the agent.

i think the conflict is btw the engine vs hybrid situation,

Apparently from the specs the hybrid has more BHP (150) than normal petrol (130 or 129)

so i think LTA got confusion.

Dear all, would like to find out from you guys whether in your Sales Agreement to purchase Honda Vezel does it mention the CEV of the car? I believe it should be inclusive. If yes, and on the sales agreement it show $15k and next month Sep the LTA decided that the CEV is only $10k. Do you need to top up the $5k for it?

Unlike authorised agent, most parallel importers don't indicate CEVS rebate in their sales agreement.
