china car still cannot fight with other brand

but bus ... in asia ... china bus especially KING LONG is eating up the mercedes and volvo bus teritory liao ...

you can see many travel buses previously merc/volvo and now replaced with KING LONG liao including SMRT buses

taxi previously mainly toyota ... now many with hyundai and kia

i would not rule out ... in the future ... china made car liao

$$$ is always the 1st and only consideration

I think this had become another bashing thread.

Really hope real owners could come in and give his opinions.

Not only buy one in today's market, but the China cars I used to see in my carpark are slowly gone one by one, despite not even 5 years.

China cars wil b same if not worse than now. No improvement in quality.

Its cos those in China r only interested in conning n cheating pple n not in improving their products.

They wil only try to con u into thinking their products have improved a lot but its opposite cos ty cut costs further to increase their profits n their products get worse.

Buying stuff with traces of MIC is already [sweatdrop]

But with globalization, it cant be helped & can only hope that the non chinese parent coy have stringent QC checks.

Buying an outright China brand brings it to another level.

This is very hard to do as all those in China factory wil play all sorts of tricks to fool the overseas parent company.

Its the mentality n in the culture of those from China. Ty think its smart n good to decieve foreigners n ty think they wil prosper by doing that.

U just see how their govt behaves in the South China Sea affair. Really unbelieveable ty want to take the whole of the China Sea for themselves. Total disregard for Intl Law n their neighbours.

Ty only fear US cos ty know ty cannot fight n win with us.

All other smaller n weaker countries ty wil bully.

Or they boycott MCF !? [shocked] Or maybe they are in a class of their own... [:p]

Maybe majority who bought China cars r from PRC n ty only surf Baidu or those China forums where ty only tok how good their country n products r. Hahahaha.

I would buy a proton or even 20 year old toyota starlet than a china car.

Yes I wud prefer a well maintained 20 year old Toyota to a brand new China car. Hahahaha.

I still see a couple of Chery cars on the roads. Other dan the selfish lady driver who blocked the Lot 1 entrance mostly I saw are the Chery SUVs. Those RAV 4 lookalike.

Most recent one is a Chery hatchback... A yellow top taxi.

Availability of parts is a problem..

I heard even getting it insured is a problem, cos many insurance companies won't do MIC cars...
