Watwheels Supersonic April 14, 2014 Share April 14, 2014 (edited) What ever loan taken for car is under hire-purchase act. I dun think there's any loopholes. I think for those 0 down payment and ads like this is more like car leasing or rental. Rental doesn't require down payment maybe perhaps deposit money like this Porsche in case the driver run road with the car to m'sia or thailand. 73K should be enough to cover the parf. $5K-6K should be the monthly rental fee. Baal Supersonic April 15, 2014 Share April 15, 2014 Its probably as rampant as Coy's "creatively" following the rules for employment S Pass & EP. http://www.tremeritus.com/2014/04/12/employers-agents-charged-for-falsely-declaring-41-fts-salaries/ Even if any are caught & singled out, imo is just a scapegoat & only the tip of the iceberg. ↡ Advertisement
