The 2018 Jazz 1.3 is smooth and cabin noise is quiet which is quite different from what was described in the pre-2018  version.

Cabin noise is really quiet unless I floor it. Even then, it's not that loud

I believe Honda has improved the insulation and tuning for its 2018 Jazz. The ride is very quiet and comfortable.

It's quiet but bumpy like the vezel

The test drive car was a little bumpy but surprisingly, the 2018 Jazz 1.3 is quiet and smooth without the bumpiness of the test driven car.

Just sent my jazz for the 1k servicing. Got a scratch on the rear door. Not sure how it came about

Did you ask the mechanics?

Oops sorry, I meant the KM service agent spotted the scratch before I sent the car in

I don't think they can do anything.

Go to the Kah Motor body and paint repair shop in Ubi.

I m looking to buy my 1st car. Would like to seek Advice, is there particular thing I need to take note when doing test drive?

1) Whether you are ok with the driving position

2) Comfort of you and your passengers

3) Whether the engine is powerful enough for your needs

4) How it feels when you drive

I can't emphasis driving/seat positioning enough. Must make sure you are 100% comfortable as you will be driving the car for the next few years e.g. do your legs hit anything between braking and accelerating. If not, check if adjusting the relevant part can help - like playing around with the telescopic steering wheel and seat.

Anyone with real experience driving into JB / Genting?

How does the car (Honda Jazz GK5) perform?

-My concern is without a temp gauge, hard to see if the car is overheating on JB causeway jams or up Genting slopes

-I can put a OBD2 gauge but ironically might make the car more attractive to smash and grab. Or those with real experience will find no need the gauge?

-Any problems like stolen Jazz in Malaysia?

-Now both 2nd link and Causeway no need pay toll with the Touch N Go card when going in? I have one with no value and I don't know where to top up... haha
