anyone here is uber driver? review?

not yet... thinking of going for their briefing, but for someone who just wants a car seems like a good deal... low rental that covers commercial insurance, servicing & maintenance, wear and tear as well as road taxes...

If you rent their car, you must do at least 40 trips a week else there's a $100 charge.

My bro worked part-time as a Uber driver and he rented a car for a month to try it out. To use your car as a Uber car, u have to register a company and convert yr car insurance to a commercial insurance (and losing yr NCD).

Every morning he can do about 10 rides, he start about 7am after sending his kids to school.

Basically the govt don't know how to handle the taxi situation and Uber and Grabcar is here to fill in the void.

Go for their briefing first. I going to Uber office this afternoon to sign up as a driver. Sharing the rental car with my bro.

Actually they have been buying a lot of 8-9 years old Japanese cars and as a result the prices of those cars have been jacked up.

I think he is waiting to be asked to step down ...... :serious-business:

CEO of EDB should talk positive about economy.

"Paltry" if use as adjective meaning ridiculously or insultingly small, utterly worthless ..... :slow: ,

if use as synonyms meaning minor, inconsiderable, slight, insignificant or

if use as antonyms meaning important, major.

So what is his meaning ... [sly]

Whoa .................. does he mean women & old folks working part time at home are insignificant ... :a-noway:

What ppls always said, "Meanings Are In People" .... :secret-laugh:

That's nonsense lah.

During surge, 1 might need to more like 2x. When click yes, still need to key 2.0 before system will accept booking

First ride up to 20 bucks is free if you get someone to send you the code (the person sending will also get 20 bucks).

My bro said the 40 trips is tagged to the car, not the driver.

So should be sharing the 40 trips.
