Maybe the guy wanted to board the bus but the bus never stop? This stretch of roads always got vans, lorries or cars stopped at the roadside. Vans & lorries are there to pickup or unload goods. As for cars most owners are there to visit the Indian temple (notice got one half naked Indian dude appear on the video?). Actually before the shell station there's another Indian temple also. Very busy stretch. On the opposite side of the road got a lot of commercial shops selling motorbike helmet & automobile parts. Sure got many cars parked alongside.
