Because huge countries like Iraq an Iran with huge reserves also cannot do anything. A conglomerate bullying landowners through state sanction legal threat. The conglomerate is a very innocent looking food and beverage brand name but hold legal rigjts to nearly most of the mineral water we are drinking world wide. Saw the documentary on RT Today.
