Its mixed development but mainly office and it come with few floor of serviced apartment. The previous render design much better than the current one though

i think the service apartments have been demolished. the "podium" block has been replaced with a condominium called Councourse Skyline.

 

still looking for an answer to my original question haha... even if it's for ventliation, do the openings have to be so irregular?
