One day I drove down to OW to service my car as the warranty booklet indicates that I should service my car at that xxxx mileage. the technician checked the sticker on my car, and told me there was no need to service it as I just drove 3000 km after last service. I was newbie, I knew nothing about car service. upside is they didn't chop me.

downside is, if you buy the warranty, all the service and repair must be done by OW, then you lose your negotiation power on price

though I have warranty with them, I didn't service my car there. I remember the service and repair they quoted was slightly higher than market rate.

It has a big garage. can image a big shop is always more expensive than small ones. whether the service worth of the price, not sure
