Quickfusion Clutched January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 Hi Guys, I'm driving the QQ 1.2 but I go to to KL once in awhile and feel that having a spare tyre would be most ideal in case the tyre is beyond repair which I've experienced before. Anyone knows where to get like those half sized spare tyre for our QQ 1.2? Or what are our options? Thanks! ↡ Advertisement
Candilious 2nd Gear January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 >>>> As you can see, a lot has to go on before you can really get increased power out of the system. This "lag" has to be considered when you are trying to accelerate. Basically, keep your foot light until the turbines get to spin up. Otherwise, you might actually feel a slump in acceleration at first because of the lag. So meaning we are using the wrong method to drive? ahhh..... so we must really relearn our driving skill when driving QQ..... haha... nissan really knows how to give lessons the hard way. Actually the best is to install pivot to increase the sensitivity of E throttle. So far for me I have no issue... just adapt your foot to the new car. QashqiGrey 1st Gear January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 I asked the agent and he said TC cannot help. He told me to go to the shop who installed the DVD for the car (sub-con). Hi can i know how you solve the crumpled leather seat and loss of power during slow and u turn? Thanks ! any example or not? what to tell them and what will LTA do? LTA is responsible for vehicle safety and QC. Like i said, good to log your problem in for future incidents, like accidents, lemon law, legal proceedings if ever needed. Also, will add pressure to TC to help u solve the problems and also future buyers.
uniquely_ad 5th Gear January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 Guys i wanna ask those whom bought the qq2.0, why dont u go for the xtrail? In terms of specs n features xtrail has much more and only difference by $8k? So what made you choose qq2.0?

It never end. Another reason is the car is 'too big' for me because l'm a small size person. The last row of seats cannot really sit an adult. Pretty uncomfortable. B3nj4m1n 1st Gear January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 (edited) Welcome. You got it at a great price. Good luck with the coe results tommorrow Fingers crossed. So many say the COE will drop, even more say it will go up. Tomorrow's round will be the litmus test for the pre/post-CNY period. First time owning a car, so I have lots of questions to ask. For example, what is the sequence of things to do after collecting the car? I read about people changing Rims and tires, doing PPS, putting up accessories. Which comes first, because I'm interested in the latter two (I'm happy with the tires and rim size.) Edited January 19, 2016 by B3nj4m1n
Poopular 1st Gear January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 Good for you! Though if I remembered correctly you mentioned yours has moon roof so should be 2.0 version? It appears that all our issues are with the 1.2T. I am driving 1.2 version, and dont find any problem at all.
Steve99 Neutral Newbie January 19, 2016 Share January 19, 2016 bros, looks like the power thingy is still going on. but i seriously cant figure out whether i'm experiencing it, haha. even after getting advice from the other bros, i'm still blur, hahaha.... but found out two things: 1. some small air bubble line on the windscreen, half a cm i think, i wonder how to settle this.dont look like air bubble but on touching it, it feels like one. also dunno how it came about too, 2. saw few specks of black dots on the right rear passenger door, looks like its inside the paint work, going to go for servicing soon, i'm wondering which is a better service centre to go to, and whether the guys can settle these issues, and how. was thinking of going to bukit timah, dunno if its a good idea.... Exactly how I would have explained it. At the end of the day, to each his own. For me, X-Trail was slightly too big for my liking. ↡ Advertisement
