Rayblade 1st Gear January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 Bro, changed mine after day 2 of collection. 235/50/18... No issues and enjoying it. Went into TC BT for servicing around Oct 15 for 1k. Svc manager saw and says nothing about warranty void. Helo...u upgrade from 17" or downsize from 19"?
Ozkaki 2nd Gear January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 One forumer here had recommended Armor Wheel Protectant (spray on type).Wouldn't changing the brake pads solved the problem?
Champm Neutral Newbie January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 Driven my qq for about 3 months now. To release the electronic brake, one would usually need to step on the brake pedal first before pressing the lever. Recently when I step on the brake pedal, there is a "click" sound coming from the gearbox. If you step multiple times, there will be multiple click sounds. All this are only just before the electronic brake is released. During normal driving, there is no sound though. Is this normal?
Credor Twincharged January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 YEP! will try..... by the way, the eco mode is by default on? coz, when I start the car, the "eco" sign is not shown on the display... The ECO mode should be following the last setting while the start/stop is by default ON.

The click sound is the release of a lever inside the gear stick console, for you to shift gear from park to drive or reverse. That's why u need to step on foot brake to shift. Drive to neutral and vice versa no need to step on brake.
NissanQQ 1st Gear January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 Just use a pail of water with a soft brush, toilet brush, any long brush Have tried this but it is not easy. The stock rim of the QQ1.2T has large triangle and small triangle. In addition, the inner edge has a L shaped lip. See attached photo. The corners are the most difficult to clean with the brush. Mred1-2 4th Gear January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 Wouldn't changing the brake pads solved the problem?Depending on the quality of the brake pads. If is cheaper material sometimes is too hard = less dust but will cause premature wear and tear on brake disc due to excessive frictions heat. Either your disc warp or becomes rougher faster. Rinse but after a few times turns black throw away. Daiso also sell $2 soft sponge in packet can use. If didn't do any PPS on the rims then consider applying wax and the dust can be easily clean off too.

Kohanson 3rd Gear January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 (edited) Nope. I've been always careful with my parking since i got my licence. I will ensure my car is at the center of the lot so that i won't cause any inconvenience to other motorist. It's the behavior of the other drivers. Most cars got dings on their doors here. Usually i try to park to the lot beside a pillar on my left and as close to it as possible as the driver on your right will park further away from the pillar, so the driver opening the door will not hit u so easily. Then try to avoid lots where high vehicles are parked like SUVs, MPVs, vans, lorry. Try to avoid parking beside cars who go head-in as they need wider angle to exit from their lot. Then I will also try to park at lots where there are little pedestrian movement. Try also not to park infront of corners or downslopes as during wet or rainy days, the carpark is really slippery and you might get hit if the car is turn properly. Reverse all the way into the lot so the cars parking beside you have enough clearance to exit or park into their lots. Try to also park at lots where behind you are walls so ppl will not walk past your cars. Just some tips on parking provided there are alot of lots for you to choose when parking. Anyway, my iphone when connected on bluetooth, I can only answer calls but when my whatsapp or telegram comes, the phone only vibrates. Anyone knows how to fix this? Cut a piece of cloth into smaller sizes, after cleaning just throw away. Also tried applying some leftover wax to the rims. it does help to remove the brake dust easily. I also go the extra mile on getting a good parking lot but sometimes really no choice, just park wherever lots are available and poh-pi the car passengers next to mine don't have back or leg problem that have to swing open car door wide wide. I have the same issue with my iPhone connected to the bluetooth too. I thought it was like a safety function so you don't get distracted by msgs and only get alerted by calls that you can pick up using the button on the steering wheel. Another "safety" measure is when you put the car on Reverse, you cannot change the volume of your radio. Haha.

Mred1-2 4th Gear January 25, 2016 Share January 25, 2016 By the way, our HU big display looks bored. Why no dynamic display where the equaliser can jumps to the music beats? The screen saver has a few clocks and a compass only.
