Hi,new here.

juz wanna ask all qq owners here is it ok if l were to ask for 2k discount from SE. l know normally 1k is given on top of other free gift.

Perfectly ok. As long as you don't test drive the car, otherwise they will lock u in with that se. Try other se if not given. If you pay in cash in full, ask for no penalty for not taking a loan. Still you can ask for giveaways ( check past threads for them , and include subwoofer) Edited by EricChan

Has been driving for a week, the rattling sound u guys have been mentioning happened to me today. It's seems coming from passenger side but on and off and pretty soft.... So far 1/4 tank used, 251km. Can reach 600+ by end of this tank. Fed this new ride V power for its first drinks. See how well it can go :))

Need advice

My FL & FR rims constantly have blackish dust. Is it from the brake pads? Good/Bad??

RL & RR don't seem to have this issue.

yes .. the dust is from the brake pad. Normal for all 1.2T QQ owners. One forumer previously recommend Armor Wheel Protectant to lessen the black dust sticking to the rims. Another way is to change the brake pads.

Not normal in my opinion . Adjustment needed

Get tc to fix it. Irritable . Silly needless problem that probably originated from them locally installing the HU system Edited by EricChan

Off the top of my head, it is under chassis control . Click enter into that and there should be a box on engine brake . Unbox the tick in it, however you will find that the car goes into a free wheeling (akin to neutral gear) phase and the ride quality less controlled. I don't use it because you need a greater stopping distanxe

Found this video on Nissan Active Engine Brake. It is supposed to help the driver.

But the way the RPM raising to 3000+ after a sharp left turn or a slow increase in speed not corresponding to a step on the accelerator is not that convincing. Maybe as suggested by one bro here, need TC to perform a software reload to ensure a smoother drive.

Noob question.  Aren't all car brakes like that?  after servicing, it's firm.  But after a while the free play comes back... I've always thought that is the norm ......

Is that normal? Not sure about car brakes, but I do know that bicycle hydraulic brakes stay firm for very long after re-bleeding.  [laugh]

Mr Chan, Thank you for the advice. Looking at the 2L.

Yes, personally, l like the subwoofer. May need to fork out myself if it's not given as free.

I would ask them to include auto folding of wing mirrors, front and rear recorder cameras (can they supply blackvue 650?), additional set of car mats, solar films (may have to use inhouse brand), spare shorter radio antenna . These u should get . Not sure if they can throw in 50k km free servicing. Road tax should be included to 6 months. Insurance should be excluded . ask whether car alarm can be in. Edited by EricChan

Wow.. Don't want to give them the impression that l want to squeeze them dry. Lol.. Think camera, car mats and solar film are the standard now.

Do it diplomatically and you will be fine. Dont ask if you feel not good about it. Camera may only be front not including rear .

No worries, I edit the initial post too.... I am not those that afford biz class for holidays. Lol.

So what do u think, too dark? I actually prefer it be gun metal but only got the darkens ones. Really thinking about it bec these rims are light though not as light as Legerra HLT, too bad the OZ offset like cannot... Si bei sianz. Ask for new shipment for QQ offset, no reply for a week so they go go f themselves.

Really limited choice in SGP for good rims unless u indent. Initially thought go with cheaper Inforged but make a calculation that I use cheaper tires for a while but get good rims is the best value u get if this car might stick around beyond 5 yrs.

5x114.3 not easy to get good rims.

Just sharing what I had been researching....

If you are looking at Oz leggara, Leong Seng carries them, they actually order from YHI 5×114.3 should have stock. But no gun metal.. silver

Good. Means brakes are working the way it shld be. When braking, front brakes are being utilise more than the rear. That why front disc are also bigger than rear.
