reasons being:

1. .stock take is not a last minute thing, companies should send out an advanced notice about such activities since it has such great impact for a big coy like Tan Chong, if they should be doing this. So why choose to register early on 30th nov when she knows that it can only be delivered on 4 dec? Lets say TC does do this on a last minute basis, then TC's poor planning becomes customer's problem? cannot compensate?

2. the difference is close to a week, we wouldn't mind if the registration date is set closer to the delivery date but it was shocking when she sms'd saying that the registration date is on 30 nov. Even the insurance policy says 30 nov, but the plate number is still unknown, how strange, so which is which?

 

there was someone who encountered something similar earlier in this forum, how did he made his case heard? there're so many posts that i cant find it.

 

Qashqai's a good car, can't say much cus we haven't driven the car besides the test drive

I just find that sincerity is lacking somewhere, and it's spoiling the whole deal, we're not expecting royal treatment but at least be sincere

If indeed car is registered, go to asset details in one motoring n you will be able to know the car plate numbers. If it'showing nothing, then its not registered yet. SE can check through their system when car is registered. Once particulars are submitted in Lta portal, the car plate number would be allocated instantly. Not like in the olden days, got to wait for a few days to allocate the number. If not registered n insurance is dated 30 nov, get back to AIG to change the commencement date to correspond with registration date after car collection.

I also thought if it will look weird with the black dashboard and the door. the test drive unit at Alexandra is with brown seat... wondering if I should go back and take a look..

 

but what i'm concern more is if brown will tends to get dirty/stain/visible-scratch easier.

My gf and I did some testing for my glove box rattle. The rattle is gone only when she pressed the glove box against the dashboard direction. When she let go, the rattle comes again when the car is moving over rough / bumpy road surfaces or ones with road strips.

 

Next servicing I will bring it up but in the mean time later I will go check out what you mentioned, thanks!

Roof rails - Some bro earlier posted photo of his roof rails. They are secured properly by drilling one.. not the ones using mere 3M tape to secure which I worry might fly off and smash behind car windscreen at high speeds when the tape finally wear off 

 

Lights - I changed mine to H11 white bulbs. The stock too yellowish. But H11 white is still slightly different from the white emitting from the boomerang LED DRL.. but quite close. Fog lights didn't change, still stock yellow halogen.

 

Horn - Another bro (username Meemee) here providing service to change and install HELLA horn. I did mine with him, very good.

 

Chrome - Front lower bumper chrome trim, front Nissan logo honeycomb grille chrome trim, side body panel chrome trim, rear boot finisher chrome trim. I have these

Haven't gotten mine. Still contemplating. The drill installation version seems complicated from the pic the bro sent me here via PM.

 

While the 3M tape version seems v risky and inconsiderate if it flies off.

 

I feel like getting the roof rails as well as the bonnet protector.. the front part have some small chipped off areas and when it's metallic black paint, it's very obvious.

Let me know your opinions please! The Vezel X really cheaper and I cant differentiate why does the QQ cost so much more...

Was an ardent Honda owner, previous cars were from Kah . However qq moonroof was the decider for me (would have gone 1.2 otherwise) and I hesitate about future equivalent maintenance from PI vs AD

I just get it installed outside. Don't wanna damage anything accidentally becuz I am also not familiar wit such things.

is the glove box close tightly? Best is ask your gf drive and u investigate...
