Btw who wants to buy the side mirrors auto close module (after car lock)? I can't believe they didn't put this basic feature in

 

I know from 20th July onwards all qashqai made in uk will come with this feature because many buyer feedback this.

i asked my se, she said sg version most likely won't have this although shipment is after 20 july.

Even xtrail also dun hav.. :(

 

The auto side mirror folding unit can be installed when you go servicing.

Just call and inform them in advance.

Cost will be S$85.

Thats for Qashqai J10. 2014 model is J11. So need to buy the new module.

Not sure if TC has brought in yet?

Have you installed? I will ask when go servicing.

 

You can call and ask your SE even before going down for servicing, he/she should be able to advise you and make appointment for you if necessary.

 

I installed it for my Teana.

Confirmed ... Made in UK for the current batches. I test drove it recently, not so bad but still feels more Nissan than "conti".

 

Maybe it is a SUV with a higher CG , the car did not feel very rooted to the road.

 

Just my opinion.

Yup. Its produced in Sunderland UK. The 2 millionth Nissan Qashqai was just recently produced from their production line.

The new HU (no brand name indicated on the face) on the Qashqai is locally fitted and customised for Nissan. It is a korean OEM.

It is similar to the one fitted on the Sylphy SSS and Teana in Tan Chong showrooms now.

Of cos they wont. TC usually very slow to bring in accessories.

I brought in my previous original juke spoiler and under protector via uk too at fraction of what TC quoted.

I intend to buy the

Frontlip

Front styling plate

Trunk lower finisher

Confirming with some uk dealer see who can offer best price n shipping.
