Ok, there is coe rebate to cushion for about 12k drop in the next 12 biddings. That to me means that if COE drops to 18k, C&C earns 12k more. Of course if the COE goes the other way, C&C have to make less profit to push the car out to you.

Don't get me wrong, I myself waited for 7mths for my GLC from C&C, but the COE and whole car price is only packaged in about 3 months before it is due for delivery. C&C bidded for my COE in the next 2-3 biddings and I was lucky to have locked the price in when the COE was lower than what C&C successfully bidded for my COE.

If C&C wants to lock in the price of your new car 6mth ahead, they should lock in your trade-in car price 6mth ahead to be fair.

COE rebate is S$18,000. Any price below S$18,000, C&C will give further discount. But that is very unlikely. Used car trade in value goes with COE too. If COE low, I supposed the car trade in value will be low.

Thanks. Yes, they said the trade-in price of my car will be based on Jan 2019.

Hi guys. I’m considering between the CLA180 or GLA180, I currently drive a Tucson. Those who owns a CLA or GLA, how’s the experience? Is it worth the money? Comfort etc

CLA on RFT - road noise in cabin is obvious. Otherwise ride is good and car is planted when going round corners.

I not yet test drive either car but I just like GLA as is a SUV. That day when I went down showroom full house and so no chance to test drive as is getting late.

Hi, did you change to non-RFT? If so, any brand you would recommend? Thanks!

tested the cla180, power is quite disappointing. I think cla200 or gla200 should be better.

I finally settled with the mini clubman S, the drive is much more engaging than the merc.

My car is for my Wife and so power is totally not important to me and that is why I chose CLA180.

I'm stuck between the new GLA/CLA, not sure which is a better option to go for

GLA is SUV while CLA is salon car. The choice is very obvious. CLA boot is bigger and other than this, no different.

I understand you own a CLA180, how’s the fuel consumption like? How much full tank and how often you pump/drive etc

Thanks!

Nvm ignore this, just realised you haven’t receive the car yet hahaha
