Hi, kindly cut and paste? I can't find the lady CEO email. Cheong koon hean.

That's because she's not the CEO.

Stepped down in 2010.

The current CEO of URA is Ng Lang. His email is [email protected]

Here's an interview of him in case you're interested:

Dr Cheong Koon Hean has since moved on to become CEO of HDB, and serves concurrently as Deputy Secretary in MND.

To be honest, when it comes to issues about reconstruction, if it is really affecting you, you should look for your MP first. Your MP's letter to URA will be more powerful than your own letter. But if it's a suggestion, then yes, emailing URA directly would be the way to go.

What happen to ur house? Ur appointed archirect QP cant solve ur problem or some design issue cant get ura planner approval.

If ur house design is deviate or over development control that ura planner cant agreed, not point to raise it to CEO, the answer u get is the same.

The way he ask without sharing the story and can't even Google properly and then leaving us high and dry shows something about the attitude and mentality.

Yeah, why not tell us what ENORMOUS issue needs the CEO to handle personally....

I googled her. Pity she's not hot. If she were, I'd have an ENORMOUS issue she can handle personally for me as well. :D
