Not so easy la..

You need to get permit for setting up tents at ECP.  And to get the permit, one cannot exceed the limit of 4 days  of camping days per month.

Think some are also doing that, rent out own house and use the collected rent to rent a room elsewhere🤣

I do have an ex colleague, rent out 2 condos in SGP and he himself and wife rent a condo in JB, he carries out his internet biz out from there, seems viable. It depends in how far one is willing to stretch.

And on a serious note, one also have to be wary about this....a good problem to have though.

But it is fine for those who could maintain a financial equilibrium by having expense equal to passive income , as long as he does not over stinge on his spending.

Here (especially Chinese) no problem with spending one - they will buy a property for each of their kids then complain no money!

How many actually  pay off the property for their kids.i see many downpayment only, for the loan, the children still have to service and bear the burden🤣

I have witnessed real life examples, very frugal, managed to save up millions, never really enjoy life. Then in the end, money spend on hospital and specialist due to deteriorating health. They don't want to spend their money and enjoy when younger. Their money which they saved now are spend on the doctors so now they all drive McLaren,  Ferrari  song🤣
