Good to know that. I am 100% certain you are not the only one complaining. In this season, the teams were given tasked to increase the sound by modifying the exhaust, but nothing came through.

The new engine sound just dampens the entire atmosphere.

The original sound will not make a return so better get used to it...

The V6 sound really can't make it man. I think my home vacuum cleaner sounds louder.

with you on that, the engines sounds really tame,

but last year sg gp when I went to watch, almost everyone put the earplugs on, some brave ones took it off to experience the sound, but just for awhile, I wore earplug on one side for the entire race, and at the end of the race I couldn't hear from the other side,

but then again, I doubt anyone would like to have a vacuum on beside him for an hour and a half too =)

Was watching FP2 last night when Maldonado crashed... The mobile crane driver should have been better trained to handle the car like that... Perhaps he was instructed to remove the stricken car as soon as possible... As he did his job with such eagerness, the car was swinging all over the place and there were moments that the front and back of Maldonado's car was rubbing against the track... Even the commentator was saying that they way it's swinging, perhaps there would be even more damages...

Mal is quite hopeless. How many lotus cars he crashed this season already.

His sponsors pays for them mah... But I do expect some cars to rub the walls on Sunday...

if not for his ability to bring in top marketing dollars, I think he is long gone in F1.

so far, our circuit 100% record got SC and I am expecting this record to hold. [laugh]

1. Hamilton ... pole position

2. Rosberg

3. Ricciardo (out qualify vettel again) [thumbsup]

merc start from 1st row again ... kind of expected

with very very limited chances to ovetake ... let's see how the 2 merc driver fight

i believe nikki lauda play a critical role in making merc team sibei strong this year ...

hope they are indeed allowed to battle

nikki lauda is a legend in f1 history, however I feel merc's domination is in bigger part down to them handling the new rules and regulations better. Ross Brawn did a fantastic job too I think, set merc team on the right direction before he left

imo lauda biggest impact is probably in Hamilton, he seems to like hammy more [lipsrsealed] just my guess

Disappointed that Ferrari didn't make it to the front row. They showed pretty good pace during practice and 1st 2 session of the qualifying

spore gp is one of the most boring circuit in f1 calendar la

probably pole to finish with minimal overtaking and challenging

the only exciting part is safety car, sure got touching or goondo driver bang barrier

sc will cause the leader to lose the race if they were caught in the worst timing

let's see and enjoy the beer while watching on tv ... lol

Of course... Lotus was ailing so Maldonado was the obvious choice...

I believe the SC record will hold mostly likely with someone rubbing the walls...

hope they are indeed allowed to battle

Lauda does prefer Hamilton much more over Rosberg...
