He had change soooooooooooooo much since last year..... [sly]

I was very worried of him for falling down so easily for penalty and kana yellow carded for diving. He have changed all right..... [bounce2]

He doesn't fall when challenge inside the box, no so much arguing with the refree.... [smash]

:D

Great player... and a legend in the making.

yeah he change.. but last season and the season before, he was almost single handedly carrying liverpool along...

no partner in crime, no teammate to relieve him of the pressure..

this season, i think the team has pushed on... henderson, sterling, sturridge even coutinho who is out of form now...

so suarez is happier, play better and hopefully even when RM or Barca come, he will stay at pool

Wonder if RM will come with 100m bid for him or not during summer....

And they also apparently keen on GJ so could be a double swoop....

glenn Johnson is so bad meh. I actually think he's pretty decent.

LB and CM should be their priority for the summer

I think the tolerance limit to avoid a tottenham would be to change 2 1st teamers

- one of the Centerbacks should be sold

- left back must get in, flanagan as sub

So if add in another Midfielder, doesn't leave much room.

He really was very bad before the last 2 games. Hopefully it was due to injury and he is now back and ready to fire.

Need a top class midfield to replace Gerrard. He wont keep up for long.

we suffered the same fate in KD's full season... changing 5 first team players in one go....

Although he has recently extended his service to 2018 and barring whatever exit clauses, it would always be a dream for any player to play and win top trophies as in many European leagues as possible. Given his performance this season, it would be unrealistic to assume that no club (including RM) would come by this summer to exact a departure from Anfield.

What I would reckon is if he has to go at a record-breaking offer, it would not be to an English club. This is spelt out by Fenway owners during Arsenal's failed attempts to sign the player. The flipped side of the coin is should the transfer happen, LS has to acclimatize to the new club, new playing style and of course, competition - something that the 27-year old should know after spending 3 years slowing cementing team rapport and fan stature as a Red player.

Who is going to bankroll 1 billion dollars without the club missing out UCL competition due to Financial Fair Play rules?

True...

Even Ronaldo was sold at record price to RM when Man U was still relatively at peak, and was challenging for UCL (not to mention BPL)... Bottom line is every player has a price, and it's just a matter of whether any team has the motivation to come up with the money. If with Barca faltering this year, RM still doesn't win La Liga, there is a possibility that they might want to show that they are trying to improve their chances, and splash the $$ to get LS.

But they already spent a lot getting GB last season, and although recouped a bit selling Ozil, it was still a considerable outlay... Still so rich when the whole country has been in trouble?

LS should also consider that there is no way he is going to get star treatment at RM, but at Pool, he has a real chance as SG the legend is at his twilight years, and it has been more than a decade since Pool has had a change of guard for the captain, and with one legend retiring, there is an opportunity to become one himself if he stays. Does he think he will overshadow Ronaldo and Bale at RM, not to mention the homegrown players? He will have a better chance staying at Pool cos there is a void when SG finally stops...

There is still a difference.

As you have mentioned, SG is "home-grown" so the endearing factor to local roots is unquestionable.

LS, on the other hand, isn't.

And the managerial factor counts too if you compare say, the likes of SAF against BR.

Ronaldo was sold with knowledge that the Red Devils would still be able to cope with the quality of players left. Compared to Liverpool +Suarez today, ManU+ Ronaldo was more than just a "one-man team". Disregarding his recent epic failure of a choice successor - SAF is actually a highly effective manager when it comes to player talent transfers, i.e. finding suitable replacements or team re-adjustment (just look at the likes of Beckham, Rudd van Nistelrooy, Tevez and of course, not forgetting Ronaldo). BR is far from being a pedigree as SAF...... ~ or is he simply more than a chihuahua ??
