Not getting carried away but we are really the dark horse. Even mourinho is afraid of us. 9 more games to go. Come April we will know whether we are still in contention.....

yes we shouldnt get carry away. Knowing pool against winnable team fans never know which pool team will turn up.

Ok let assume we win all our matches but only managed to draw with chekski and city at home. We will be above chelski(goal different). Probsbly 1 point behind city. hmm city able to win all their matches till end of season? I doubt so.

Chelsea need to play Arsenal at Stamford bridge and visit Anfield. Other games: Crystal palace(A), Stoke (H), Swansea (A), Sunderland (H), Norwich (H), Cardiff (A)

Man city need to visit Emirates, Old Trafford and Anfield. Other games: Fulham(H), Southampton (H), Sunderland (H), West Brom (H), Crystal Palace (A)

Arsenal games: Chelsea(A), Swansea(H), Man City(H) Everton(A), Wigan(A), West Ham(H), Hull(A), Newcastle(H), WBA(H), Norwich(A)

We are hosting Sunderland, Spurs, Man City, Chelsea, Newcastle and visiting Cardiff, Westham, Norwich and Crystal palace. Personally, I am not concern about away games as the so-called lesser teams cannot park bus at home.

Man City has the toughest run in.

Now we are 4 points behind chelski with a game in hand. If we win that, we'll be on same number of games but 1 point behind. If only draw with chelski, we'll still be one point behind...

In any case, a very good game against man u…. highly satisfying...

I tink man n pool has toughest run in. Eventhough pool's games mostly at home, those r still tough games against capable opponents. Chel n man c may jus decide to park bus n pool wont b abke to do anything.

Problem with anfield being a fortress again is that teams may use negative tactics. N pool hardly able to unlock such defences. Chelsea for one...is guaranteed to park bus.

The funny thing in the table this year is not the top four, but the bottom 7. Their points are so close that anyone of them can be relegated.

So those bottom teams will surely play doubly hard for survival. For Pool, most of the bottom teams game are played away which is better because those teams will not park bus playing in their own ground.

Man City is the most precarious one for this situation. Not only they have to visit Man U, Arsenal and Pool, they have to deal with small teams at home which will surely park bus and try to nick it.

We may or may not have a chance to further improve on the standings, all depending on the outcomes of the other matches.

Most important now, let's take each game as it comes - treat every match now as cup game or every opponent as Man U / Arsenal / Hotspur .... go for the kill !

Got this when reading ESPN news blog.....

quote :

"Suarez_Sticks_It_2_U_AGAIN
News just in that Howard Webb was arrested at his home after neighbours heard an explosion and called the police.

One neighbour told police he could hear arguing coming from the house and somebody yelling -
"You're giving the penalties to the wrong team! Didn't you read the FA rule book before you went out onto the ground" - and then glass breaking followed by an explosion.

It seems somebody kicked the television in which caused the explosion police sources confirm."

HW a ManU fans ....... :o

Lucky not him being the refree of ManU vs Pool match .... [sweatdrop]

I have to say several of Man U's previous title were handed to them on the plate by Howard Webb.

Mark Clatterberg's 2 penalties decision were correct. Had it been Howard Webb officiating the game, I would think that Man U would have probably steal a draw.

And I wonder why David Moyes kept Kagawa and Ashley Young on the bench. It was a tactical error on Moyes's part and a complete lack of belief among the players that that lead to Man U's lost.

Moyes made an error aftter Vidic was given the red card. At that time. Moyes should have got Ferdinand in. Otherwise, 3 defenders against Sturridge, Coutinho & Suarez is impossible.
