Alarm and Lock issue

Bros,

I recently am having this problem whereby when I unlock the car, the side mirror opens but door doesn't get unlocked. I've been to the agent twice. Bo use. Since it cannot unlock. I have to manually open using the key. It's very troublesome.
The best part is.. sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Really a heng suay situation.

Anyone know where can I get it it rectified? Or should I go back to agent to screw them?

P.S Car is 2 years old. Mileage coming to 80k..

most likely the alarm module in the car is defective; either that there is some loose connections

maybe can ask agent to check the wirings and replace the alarm module ?

2yrs mean still under warranty right? Go back and bang table until they solve it even if it means they have to change the whole system.. The moment you get third party involve, agent got 101% excuses to void your warranty...

I think mine is more than just alarm. The doors now don't unlock by itself whenever I set to P also. It only can lock. Not unlock. Huhuhuhu. And my alarm module change means all change. Including keys since mine is keyless...
