Expand Not sure, I almost never even use my set top box anymore. Pretty sure Starhub Smart TV (which I only used to use for HDD recording) needs the set top box to be connected to the fibre point. I thought we were talking about Internet service and nothing else. Anyway I get everything I need online as I said, including the shows I consume. News etc. from YouTube and online streams. Just don't bother with the censored, restricted cable services in sg anymore. I just keep Starhub cable around for my parents to use as they want to watch some Indian Tamil programmes.
