[laugh] I think your Bring More Worries not enough to pecah the gantry lah pundek. Gantry built with military-grade reinforced steel. Revenue generation is mission-critical app for them.

Must bang the ERP gantry's junction box, not the gantry itself. [lipsrsealed] Then its lights out. [grin] But remember to put location here first. [bounce2]

Ah Gong will claim damage from your insurance. And maybe also loss from ERP.

An M1 customer service personnel at the telco's outlet in Tampines Mall pacifies irate customers when the network broke down on Feb 4, 2014.

M1 mobile services fully restored after outage in the morning
M1's mobile services have been fully restored following a disruption earlier in the day, the telco said in a Facebook post at about 12.50pm on Tuesday. Still, some customers said they continue to have trouble connecting to M1's network.
The telco said earlier that some of its customers had been experiencing intermittent services for voice calls and text messaging since 7am. In an e-mail to The Straits Times at 10.30am, it added that mobile data services were not affected. But some users said they could not access these services for several hours.
In its latest update, M1 advised customers who still face difficulties connecting to its mobile network to turn off their mobile devices and turn them back on. Those who continue to face problems can contact M1 at http://csfeedback.m1.com.sg/
The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) said on its Facebook page at about 11.50am that it was aware of M1's service outage and was monitoring the situation. It had urged M1 to restore services as soon as possible to minimise inconvenience to its customers.

My contract is over. Question is change to Singtel or Starhub?

All the same but I personally ban ST for years already.

Still can accept other telecoms bad service.

Free calls/sms/mms? WTF? I think 99% of people won't exceed their monthly limit at all.

They should be forced to give us at least a 1/28% discount

if it happens again in future, what we should do is blast local calls, sms and mms...

which ever one they going to give us free...

SingTel users complain of poor mobile network connections
Published on Feb 05, 2014
By Nurulnadiah Md Noh
Some SingTel users have reported problems with the service provider's mobile network on Wednesday.
Users said they were experiencing problems with the 3G network at different areas of the island including Jurong, Serangoon, Bedok, Punggol and Orchard.
SingTel did not issue an official statement but instead replied to their customers' complaints via Facebook, asking them to restart their devices.
The network issue comes after customers of service provider M1 encountered intermittent services for voice calls and text messaging on Tuesday morning. The issue was resolved after six hours.

No problem with mine. Called them this afternoon to dispute on my bill for my overseas calls. [grin] Managed to get them to waive off $17+ out of the $400+ bill.
