pay increment basically 0 or <5% which can't match inflation

pay adjustment = zero if there is no promotion

if no promotion after several years better jump ship

if cannot jump ship means ... ho say liao ... auto pilot come to work, go home eat dinner, sleep, shit, and come to work again ...
