Kids nowadays are too too obsessed with electronic stuff. I ever saw an overweight boy no older than P6, glued to a smartphone game while walking..he had thick specs and the phone is merely 15cm away from his specs..

He look like in a state of trance while playing game..his parents simply bo chap.

Looks like he is another health bomb in the making.

One of my next generation relatieve is like what you describe. I see him maybe twice a year and everytime he will be playing a portable game console throughout. His waist grows thicker by the year. And for whatever unknown reason, he got a shake leg vocation during NS too. I believe his pull up should be at most 1.

Maybe SAF should make sure that all fat kids are infantry men or bridging engineers unless they have valid medical reasons.

I only heard got brilliant kids who go to University direct after O levels.

Are there any brilliant kids who skip PSLE to go direct to O levels?

We already have this system. It is called IP, six years thru train to A-level (skip O-level).

Like what my MO had told me, dont envy those shake leg vocation people..coz at such age already got moderately serious medical problem. 10 to 20 yrs later, see who had the last laugh.
