Mr Louis Joseph, a lawyer from Regent Law, said: "She had every right to do what she did. There is no law saying that you cannot hold traffic behind you"

Absolute chaos if everyone relies on the above. Imagine if 100 drivers at 100 different carparks decide to chooot the same pattern. And when the police arrive, tell them you have every right to hold up traffic be coz u buay song... And when the police threaten to arrest you, tell them that they can't do that as there is no law saying u can't hold up traffic....

And surprisingly, our infamous wan bao or newpaper still cannot dig up the identity of the lady??? Or is there a gag order not to reveal???

This lawyer needs to go back to law school. There's no law saying you cannot hold traffic behind you, but there's a law saying police can arrest a person for public nuisance.

Neutral Newbie

Not unlawful does not mean it's right. Is it right to lie? or be rude to your parents? or to be selfish, self-centred?
