$78 for checks is very cheap and could end up to be the best spent money in the car purchase process.

 

But problem is that how to arrange with the dealer?

 

Typically they won't allow for the car to be sent to a 3rd-party workshop unless a deposit is paid. By then, if find any fault, will be too late, and deposit will not be refundable, no?

Before you settle for a confirm deal, you can request for the dealers to send your desired vehicle to your appointed trusted workshop for the detail checks. If they are clear and honest, they won't refused to do so. Since you are paying for assessment, why not for him to agree to it since they are selling good conditions cars.
