The_Bear Turbocharged December 29, 2013 Share December 29, 2013 Never really needed to use cruise control in sg roads. Vhtfhwlego Supercharged December 29, 2013 Share December 29, 2013 My cruise control can let me regain the previous set speed by press a button after I had tapped the brakes. So if cruising along and need to slow down, tapped the brakes and cruise will cancel right? Then I press a button and it will climb back to the previous set speed without me accelerating. If that the car comes to a complete stop, I need to manually accelerate to 20km/hr before the system allow auto cruise control.
eXacTo 3rd Gear December 29, 2013 Share December 29, 2013 I find cruise control very useful for long drives during non-peak traffic.
Pisces69 6th Gear December 29, 2013 Share December 29, 2013 Never really needed to use cruise control in sg roads. Road conditions change all the time so never bothered to use Yes I wud think Cruise Control for driving in SG n Msia is totally unnecessary. Constantly changing conditions. And if it gets stuck, then even worse. Maybe its good for long open hways in US n Aust. I find cruise control very useful for long drives during non-peak traffic. Long drives??? Where? tanbk 4th Gear December 30, 2013 Share December 30, 2013 I like to activate my cruise control when driving very late at night. Roads are too empty and I will tend to speed. Easy TP target with so little traffic. So I let cruise control keep the speed instead.
Watwheels Supersonic December 30, 2013 Share December 30, 2013 Some cruise control have a minimal speed for it to work. Any speed below it it won't work. ↡ Advertisement
