Anyone attended and find the Lyric Opera Orchestra horrible?

 

They went off-rhythm countless times! The dancers are supposed to take their cue, for their moves, from the music but obviously the Russians were too good and fast for our amateur (to give them a little benefit of the doubt) orchestra to keep up.

 

One potentially good performance from a world class ballet company spoiled.

I think its a Russian conductor. You're right that the conductor has to take a portion of the blame.
