wishful thinking....but wil b great if can get mata.

Really depends on what Mata wants. We can give him that platform to shine, something which he can't get at Chelsea now. Also, if we remains in a strong position to finish top 4 come January, that would help to convince him too.

Together with M'Vila, Reges and Matic are the two others DM linked. Not sure of priority but Matic will cost £20m.

Technically of the 3. M'Vila is the most accomplished. If he can grow up and mature will be the next viera. Otherwise will be another wasted talent like balotelli

 

Rege is ok. But doesnt really seem an improvement over lucas. Similar style

Ya, Matic was sold to Benfica in 2011 as part of the deal that saw Luiz going the other way. Chelsea seems to let go players who will blossom elsewhere ;)

 

I prefer M'Vila too. Mainly because he is also keen to join. Will face competition for Matic and Reges wants high salary.

If Mata really comes, where will he play ?

Quite a lot of tactical flexibility.

 

If BR wants to start with SAS, can go 4-2-2-2 (with Mata and Coutinho flanking and drifting in) or 3-4-1-2 (with Mata or Coutinho in as the No.10)

 

If starting with lone striker, 4-2-3-1, Mata can take any of the three supporting forwards but likely will be on the left and rotate position with Coutinho.

As per bro O23, Mata will slot in seamlessly in the current system and add alot of quality in the final 3rd. Just like Ozil did to Arsenal.

Mou treat us as lower rival than manure. So we have advantage in that sense [bounce2]

That's why BR wants a DM also in this window. Man U not really in for him. They already have Kagawa and not using him. Our relationship with Chelsea actually quite cordial. So if pool moves for him, it will be just convincing Mata to join. Chelsea won't stand in our way.
