Calm Chinese man walks to hospital with knife stuck in his head

A picture of a man walking calmly to hospital on his own while having a big knife sticking out of his head has gone viral on Chinese microblogging site Weibo.

According to hugchina.com, the knife is a fruit knife and he was spotted travelling to a hospital located in Yanji city, Jilin province in northeast China.

Witnesses said he was seen walking own his own, even climbing steps from the first floor to the fifth of a building.

He has been nicknamed "Calm Brother" by Chinese netizens. Netease.com reports that the man is in stable condition and has received treatment.

It was also reported that the cause of the injury was a frolic with his friends which resulted in his scalp being pierced with the knife.
