JackRabbit 3rd Gear November 13, 2013 Author Share November 13, 2013 Just bread flour but use Tangzhong method for the soft and fluffy texture ahh... bread flour. so far I have been using plain flour for my buns and pizza. I read somewhere plain flour won't make as soft and fluffy bread... need to use bread flour specifically.
