Is disc rotor universal?

 

As long as the hole and diameter match?

 

For example, 5 x 100 296mm can be used for any make and model which is using the same spec?

Got a few parameters to watch out for rotor. Anyway, just go to a reseller and tell them what's your car make/model.

Depends on certain model,i saw some "souped up" VW using Porsche brake system.

As long as the bracket fits, the Porsche system can be used. I am using it on my Merc :)
