I think the center area of Lucas, Gerrard and Henderson is not creative enough to break the midfield of Arsenal.

Flanagan and Cissoko are not effective at the side. Sturridge and Suarez are not getting the right service.

Coutinho need to quickly come in to replace Henderson to at least get some chance.

Skrtel ball watching after the ball rebounded from the post before Carzola scored it.

I thot Sakho was the most well placed to stop Carzola?

Yes, but when the ball rebounded from the post, Skrtel was the nearest to the ball yet he reacted too slowly. Think he thought the ball has gone in and when the ball hit the post, he was dumb-struck

Can see the gap btwn pool n ars in terms of passing ability n creativity. Pool has a long way to go if rodgers is to fulfill his philosophy.

Another aspect of pool's game which needs improvement tremendously.....corners. I think all of today's corner did not reach a pool player.

Turbocharged

Without wingbacks, we look toothless.

Flanagan looks ok actually. I dunno why we signed cissoko...

3 CBs, and out mf kena play monkey by arse :(

If only JH bo gan cheong when the arse defence open up for him..

Striker must be selfish to a certain extent...

Actually Liverpool was on par with Arsenal apart from the finishing. I thought Flanagan gave a good account of himself. Liverpool plays better in the first half with the 3 at the back and 5 across the middle. But the problem is Gerrard was playing deep and Suarez especially has to create chances himself by trying to nutmeg the defence to no avail. The 2nd half, by withdrawing Cissokho who did not give a good account of himself and introducing Coutinho, he tinkered with the proven 3-5-2 system which has been impressive so far, and went for 4-4-2. That’s where the confussion starts and Liverpool were pressed back because Arsenal midfielders were bossing ard. On comes Moses for Flanagan and they were back to 3 at the back and you can see more penetration from Liverpool. With more playing time, Coutinho could be the missing link from midfield to striker. He just look rusty from the long layoff. The key to this game is decided in the middle. 5 in the middle should be the way for us this season to chase our champion’s league dream.

Good game guys... match was closer then score suggests

Yap, a good game. Basically the match was as what most here mention about Liverpool, failure to create clear cut chance. We had been relying on the individual magic of single players for too many match.
