its good to see Suarez sign a new long term contract... i just wonder about the fine print.. i think we should be well protected.

he may throw tantrums, may want to leave in the summer, may bite, but gawd, i love watching this guy play ;p

The internal rift may spur on the players too. Look at how well Liverpool perform when Gillett and Hicks were squabbling behind and team was on track challenging title.

machiam superman leh...

float here float there, drop back ala SG 2005 to 2009

Drop back is a nice way to put it...

It means if he cannot run up to final third so fast, he can take his time to put a 40 yard pass...

With Torres, he has to do the running n bursting from deep.. with Suarez, he just need to do one-twos and suck a defender away...

free role plus fetch n carry should b coutinho's job..

He just stand in for Sturridge

Liverpool will be feeling full of confidence following a 5-0 away win over Tottenham Hotspur last weekend as they welcome Cardiff to Anfield. Liverpool have only lost one home game his season to Southampton 1-0, however since then Liverpool have put in some incredible performances at home including a 4-1 win over West Ham and a 5-1 win over Norwich.

Cardiff will also have some confidence going into tomorrow's game following a 1-0 home win over West Brom last weekend. However their last two away games haven't going their way losing 2-0 to Crystal Palace and drawing 0-0 with Stoke City.

Last time these two sides met was in the League Cup Final in 2012 at Wembley where the game went to Penalties as the sides drew 2-2 after final and extra time where Liverpool won the Cup 3-2 on penalties.

Most important event this weekend is not a 1-0 win or a 20-0 win.

Most important victory is Suarez's signing of a big money contract.. just weeks before the january transfer window... signalling an intent... making a statement...

FSG has shown that they want to build a team capable of challenging the best....

Many young promising stars will turn their head and wonder if they can be part of a new Liverpool era...
