on the contrary, his injury record has improved tremendously past few years. BUT it seems his skills have regressed slightly. The main problem with our CBs is they kenna bullied by almost everyone ..... apart from Toure & the greek, they seldom attack the high balls ...

True, but his freak injuries this season didn't help him leh... And it's little wonder he might perhaps be less garung that he used to, given his injury history. I don't remember hyppia being injured much, and he was hardly ever bullied except by pace... if only we can find another similar one...

As a neutral fan, it's looking good for Pool now in regards to the way they are playing, regardless of the table position.

if they can keep up the way they played in the last few games, i'm more than happy. win or lose, im sure fans will wanna see the team play positively. go for the win every game. but of cos not suicide tactics la. defend when they need to. n b slightly cautious when playing against strong attacking team.

Need to be more cautious at Ethihad than Stamford Bridge. The 9 goals betw City and Arsenal was incredible, but just showed how ruthless City can be (as was demonstrated against Spurs and Utd too) when attacking. Must break their rhythm when they start their free-flowing attacks. Arsenal, Spurs and Utd had no way of resisting those attacks, but i hope our more energetic midfield now can prevent them first-time, then defence step up their game, and finally mignolet better be top form...

but letting arsenal score 3 and fulham twice also showed City's defence isn't solid so we should seize chance and attack them more when got opportunities. City is team of the moment (like Pool), so if can get a result against them, will really show that we're serious contender.

Arsenal and Liverpool in the top 2 seperated by goal difference.......... SONG BO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I told u before, my wish is Liverpool and asernal to be fighting for title.. With other trialling behind. It still stand.

Simply because our two club are the only one not playing money game yet.

We just need Lucas to be on form.

He is really the key person in our last two match. Ensuing that other can go forward even the cb. He was the last man a few time when we are playing Cardiff. Really selfless sacrifice for the team.

I am sad that no sports journal pick that up. Instead all highlight is on joe Allen and Henderson.

Man C is really scoring more goal to cushion their weak defence... once letting them go freeflow.. losing the game on 5 6 goals diff will be a norm...

Just feel he deserve some mention. Seems like sports journalist don't like to cover Lucas.

Why pool defense was so leaky nowadays?

ManC & Chelsea have more deadly strikers that could punish any defensive error(pool have plenty of passing error when

opponent putting pressure)

Counter attack for ManC as pool have speedy player like Sterling/energitic player like Henderson to support LS.

Both def so leaky. Can I go buy AOS. U score 1. I score 1. U score 2. I score 2. Hahaha. City top scorer and 1st choice defender out injured.

Be positve and also realistic with our expectation. I expect a tight game with 1:1scoreline.

it's really quite a big pity for agger. If his fitness was as good as skytel, he could have fulfilled his potential much earlier, and could now be a world class defender. He's tall, so if he had been fit and not so injury-prone, he could have been more daring in his challenges and tackles. His ball control and passing are better than sakho and carragher definitely, and probably better than skytel too.

And of course his left shot was almost similar to riise's - i remember the 2 long shots (1 was against spurs) he scored. They were thunderous...

but he missed his best years lor...

He could have been a good holding midfielder...

Anyway, FSG will try to get back some value for aging players...

BR will probably keep the winning team... a high tempo pressing midfield to stifle supply to Man City forwards...

The main man for Man City is Yaya Toure... Hendo or Allen will face the best CM in the league...

Yes we will hunt in packs like wolves to close them down

And they will wait to receive the ball like the suprrstars they are.
