What are my options to get English firmware ?

Good day,
Thinkware Singapore recently have been receiving feedbacks with regards to Korean firmware issued to purchasers instead of the standardized localized English firmware version. Please kindly be cautioned that Thinkware products bought directly from Korea resellers or any other parallel importers provides the Korean firmware and this firmware does not support GMT timing in Singapore and many other related localized settings in particular ENGLISH settings.
Secondary, Thinkware Singapore is authorized not to share or sell the English firmware to any Thinkware purchases not bought from us.
Thus forth, Thinkware Singapore would like to kindly remind one and all to only purchase Thinkware products exclusively distributed by us. Once again, we like to thank all valued Thinkware customers of your support as we continue to only warranty purchases from its authorized resellers as stated in www.thinkware.com.sg.
Cheers

Just curious... For FX550, Front and rear cam, there is a settings that once the device detected the car battery drops below 12v, it will automatically cut off the operations of the car cam. If that's the case, is there any alternative to maintain the cam to continue recording till the car started its engine to supply power again...?

Thanks...

Hi, I currently using FXD900. However during recording the rear camera doesn't seems to be recording.

The connection cable is in place and the power to the rear camera (blue light) is on during driving.

Anyone had experience this before and able to advice? Thanks in advance.
